She cut her advertising career teeth for 10 years in New York City, and 1 year in London, and has worked in offices around the world — San Francisco, Los Angeles, Kansas City, Bangkok — leading international campaign manager and account manager teams covering US, LATAM, EMEA, and APAC markets.
- Huston built her brand from scratch starting in 2008, attracting a combined 42,000+ followers across eight social platforms.
- She leveraged her brand to become a top earner in the NYC digital advertising industry, book speaking gigs, and get published in HuffPost, Business Insider, Inc., Refinery 29, etc.
- Not to mention, getting sponsored/paid to travel all around the world, even using her brand to barter all the way to Antarctica!

Hayleigh joined SH, LLC in 2019 — starting at just five hours a week as an executive assistant and diligently working her way up to leading operations full-time.
- Hayleigh Huston graduated from West Virginia University with a BS in Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology and a minor in Family & Youth Studies in 2019.
- Hayleigh pivoted after graduating, finding her calling in the world of digital media and solopreneurship.
- Huston holds the skills necessary to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet strict deadlines and have the insight to understand the unique needs of the various channels.
A zillennial who grew up during the time that technology was changing immensely has given her much perspective and understanding when it comes to gaining a community online.
