Good Morning Good Morning!
Welcome to my biweekly newsletter! I really appreciate your time subscribing and reading. My goal is to make this as useful for you as possible, so you can build and live out your best damn life.
This newsletter also has a bit of a longer personal update, since I've kinda gone MIA on social and haven't responded to any emails / messages / DMs in the past two+ weeks. Just want to explain what's going on and what to expect moving forward.
Below is my latest list of recommended links to help you turn your dreams into reality, one step at a time:
WHERE I'M TRAVELING
- In the past three weeks I've worked from my company's offices in Bangkok, London, and New York City. I went from 95* and sunny, to 55* and rainy, to 30* and snowing all within seven days at one point! I also got to be home in the States with my family for Thanksgiving, which I am so grateful for. It's a big dream come true to travel this much, but I do have to admit it's taking a toll it's taking on my personal life and health... read more below.
- + HOW TRAVELING SO MUCH IS AFFECTING ME :)
- I know I went MIA on my Insta Stories, which I've been updating daily for quite some time now, so here is the status update I owe you!
- *Please note there are no complaints in here ― I am extremely grateful (and have worked extremely hard) to be able to travel this much for work and for holiday ― I just want to share the reality of it all because I know hopping between New York City, London, and Bangkok for work sounds pretty damn glamorous. It is fucking awesome and I love traveling more than life... but it gets lonely, it is exhausting, and hard on the body. I look like shit and I feel like shit.
- Remember my newsletter two weeks ago when I stated: "I'm admittedly pretty jet lagged / drained / sleep deprived, so I need to do a better job prioritizing sleep and self care."? Well... I did not prioritize sleep or self care and ended up super sick, struggling with jet lag, and sleep deprived while I was working in NYC. I had three days at home to recover over Thanksgiving, but then had a rough 20+ hours of travel / barely any sleep back to London (my 10PM flight was delayed until 4AM...) so that fucked up my sleep schedule once again.
- My body has been jet lagged and totally out of sync since my Bangkok trip in the beginning of the month (+ this has been an issue for months on end with all my travels, and I've never fully recovered). I'm trying not to feel like a failure for not being able to handle all of this. I hate feeling this dull, out of it, and loopy, so I'm finally taking a big step back to prioritize self care. What's the point of making your dreams come true if you're too tired to enjoy it? Health has got to come first.
- I'll be posting occasionally, and responding to emails / messages when I have energy, but mostly taking a break to rest and reflect, for as long as I need. I appreciate your patience and encourage you to do the same if needed too!
- So where am I now? Back at my home base in London. FOR THREE WEEKS STRAIGHT! (Until I'm on the road again for three weeks straight...) I've cleared my calendar and am in complete recovery mode.
- I had planned to go to Germany for three days this upcoming weekend, but made the difficult decision to cancel the trip in order to prioritize getting my health back on track for the long term.

BOOKS I'M READING
- The race to finishing 50 books by end of the year is on! This is the one goal I can handle right now ― because I really love reading (best introvert activity ever) and can enjoy books while I'm resting and taking a break from my phone / work. I'm currently on book #43 ― check out my list for the year here!

QUOTE I LOVE
- “If you can’t fly then run, if you can’t run then walk, if you can’t walk then crawl, but whatever you do you have to keep moving forward.” ― Martin Luther King Jr.
Now go forth and get shit done! Or take a break, meditate, and prioritize your self care! Let's just do what's best for our health. Sending you my love and good vibes!
