Good morning sunshine :)
Welcome to my weekly(ish) newsletter! I almost skipped on this week already ― but then reminded myself I just wanted to keep this short, sweet, and actionable for you and your weekend coming up. I make such a big fucking deal out of everything, so I'm trying to ease up even more on my control freak expectations and rules.
Anyway, it's easy to lose track of time on weekends. Whether it's binging on Netflix and not getting anything done, or making a to do list so long that you never relax at all. My hope is that this newsletter will provide some weekend inspiration for you to set aside just a little time to reflect, read, meditate, and grow however you see fit.

WHAT I'M WRITING
- I haven't stopped writing since Cuba, been in Airplane Mode O'Clock most days, but didn't publish anything new this week. I've got a lot going on that I need to prioritize handling first (can't wait to tell you - stay tuned!). ~ I have been writing in some Insta captions, and sharing photos of my favorite humans from Cuba here and here.
