Hello you lovely human you x
Thank you all for the love and support last week. I appreciate it from the bottom of my heart and am so grateful for my community. It's not always easy being vulnerable, but I'm committed to being transparent through the ups and downs of my journey.
Someone asked when I write these newsletter out ― so FYI as well ― I usually start drafting these on Monday, and fill it in throughout the week as I'm reading, watching, and listening to things I feel would be most interesting and helpful for this crew.
Here's what I found for you this week:
If you find anything helpful or motivating in this email, I would so appreciate it if you forwarded this to a friend to share the love! (New folks can subscribe here!)
WHERE I'M TRAVELING
- Ahh, 4th week in a row not traveling! Lots happening on the home front though, so it's been really nice to be consistently in one place as I'm figuring life out (because my mind is ALL OVER the place).
- Can't stay away from adventures for too long though ― I just booked a flight to Istanbul! I'll be joining three friends on a long weekend adventure there this month and cannot wait to explore more of this magical city. I was there two years ago, but for a travel conference / press tour so I didn't get to explore as much as I would have liked. LMK if you have any recommendations!

They will be on the MV Kinfish, and will have two zodiacs for adventures! ONLY 2 SPOTS LEFT! Hit reply now to email me for more details :)
CAREER BOOKS I'M RECOMMENDING
- I recommended these three favorite career books of mine to my team at work, so wanted to share them with you as well:
QUOTE I LOVE
- "I am thankful for my struggle because without it, I wouldn't have stumbled upon my strength." ― Alexandra Elle (quote inspo h/t @casparszulc)
You are good enough. You are smart enough. You are talented enough. You always have been. You always will be.
Now go forth and build your dream life, one day at a time!
