• We prefer to work in 90-minute sessions because it allows us to get soooo much more done each session!
• Over the years, we have tested 45-minute, 60-minute, and 90-minute sessions... and the 90-minute sessions were the most efficient and effective by far!
• We're neurodivergent — both of us have got the ADHD — so we love to harness the power of hyper-focusing with clients and get shit done in just ONE session versus dragging things out over a few weeks.
