• We prefer to work in 90-minute sessions because it allows us to get soooo much more done each session!
• Over the years, we have tested 45-minute, 60-minute, and 90-minute sessions... and the 90-minute sessions were the most efficient and effective by far!
• We're neurodivergent — both of us have got the ADHD — so we love to harness the power of hyper-focusing with clients and get shit done in just ONE session versus dragging things out over a few weeks.

• Our Manager Manual documentation system provides tremendous value by empowering entrepreneurs to have complete ownership and access to all of their digital communications information at any given moment.
• Basically, it's an always evolving, comprehensive Google doc that we will hand off to you at the end of your sprint [and we'll keep it updated during every sprint we do!].
• We record every detail and link, log every password, and record every answer to every question so any communications with Virtual Assistants, or Project Managers, are seamless.
• This also empowers your Virtual Assistant/Project Manager to take ownership of recording team operations.

Our team does all the heavy lifting prior to each prep session and sprint day — then we do real-time design and copy updates based on your feedback, saving you from endless back-and-forth approval emails.

That depends...

• Do you have a Manager Manual with all brand details documented?
• Do you have all of your social profiles set up and bios filled out properly?
• Do you have hundreds of custom hashtag sets curated?
• Do you have an emoji set for your brand?
• Do you have an annual content calendar filled out for the entire year?
• Do you have a social scheduling platform fully set up and ready to go?
• You must also be able to profile a Brand Style Guide. 
  • Pre-requisites include: Logo, logo files, primary color set, secondary color set (including HEX codes), primary font, secondary font
• You may want to consider a refresh/revamp if it's been a few years — we can make proposal adjustments accordingly and meet you where you are!
• But if you DO NOT have the pre-requisites listed above, you must start with the Mini-Sprints. (Do not pass GO and do not collect $200 ;)

• Unless you are able to meet the full mini-sprint prerequisites, this is not possible.
• We are unable to move forward without all brand logo files and set primary/secondary fonts/colors (including exact HEX codes).

• If we don’t receive your completed prep work 1 week before your sprint prep session, we will have to reschedule.
• Our team needs time to prepare, review, and reflect in order to provide more intuitively thought-out suggestions and recommendations. And our secret sauce is in the crockpotting…
   

• Mini-Sprints are 90-minute sessions, with less than one hour of prep work needed beforehand.
• Repurposed Content Sprint is made up of five 90-minute sessions over a six week period, with less than an hour of prep work needed beforehand.

• Yes!
• There is a specific client prep work assignment for each Strategic Sprint.
• It will take the client 30-60 minutes to complete, pending on the sprint.

• Because we love sending snail mail surprises ;)

• No, we do not offer any ongoing support: social media engagement, profile or LinkTree updates, recording or reporting metrics, new content creation, etc... in between our quarterly content sprints.
• All finished posts will be scheduled for the next six months at the end of our sprint day, so there will be nothing for you to do, besides checking in to reply back to your community and prospective clients! 
• With the Manager Manual, you [or anyone on your team] will be completely empowered to easily access everything if you do need to make changes throughout the quarter.
