Posting your brand/business promotional and informational content consistently is key for brand awareness, sales funnel success, and social media growth.

In this Strategic Sprint, we expertly and intuitively repurpose your content — 400 posts, batch-created and completed in just one six-week project sprint, requiring less than ten non-consecutive hours of your time!

DELIVERABLES:

  • [400] total posts [50 brand + 50 seasonal]

    • [100] Instagram 

    • [100] Facebook posts 

    • [100] LinkedIn posts 

    • [100] Bluesky posts

    • Each post includes: creative, caption, and hashtags [customized per platform]

  • [1] Updated Manager Manual

  • [10] Custom hashtag sets added into SocialBee

  • [5] 90-minute sessions and [2] 45-minute sessions with Stephanie consulting/coaching and Hayleigh as operations support 

DETAILS:

  • We’ll start with creating 100 unique posts from your current content, planning out visually for your IG feed first— then once we have your final approvals on every post [creative/caption/hashtags], we will repurpose for each platform [Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X/Twitter]. 

  • The brand posts are informational/promotional, broken down from your long-form repurposed content, and the seasonal posts are the personal/fun/inspirational/behind-the-scenes content that is critical to have mixed in your feed.

  • You can select a 3-12 month time period to have posts scheduled out — then all posts will be proactively programmed or scheduled out on SocialBee, and we’ll help determine your day/time posting strategy.

  • Client Homework: Must have social media accounts created, provide Brand Style Guide, share Annual Content Calendar, and fill out our Brand Profile and Instagram Inspiration Research surveys.

DOES NOT INCLUDE:

  • SocialBee platform costs ($29 per month, or $290.40 when billed yearly)

  • Pro Canva account costs ($12.99 per month, or $119.99 when billed yearly)

  • Posts created for Pinterest, TikTok, and Youtube
