Our partnership typically includes one 90-minute Zoom working session per month, with additional meetings possible when mutually agreed upon and when time allows.

During our sessions, we can:

  • Review existing materials, plans, or systems

  • Make strategic decisions together

  • Create practical plans and next steps

  • Work collaboratively on active projects

Between our sessions, I'll work independently on our agreed-upon priorities.

Depending on your business needs, that could include:

4. ONGOING ORGANIZATION + COMMUNICATION

I'll help keep our projects organized so we can maintain momentum from month to month.

This includes:

  • Coordinating via email on active projects

  • Tracking completed work and remaining hours

  • Sharing progress updates as appropriate

  • Organizing relevant resources and deliverables

  • Preparing next steps for the following month

All project-related communication and coordination count toward your monthly support hours.

We'll begin with a month-to-month partnership that provides 10 hours of personalized business support each month.

There's no long-term commitment required.

STEP 2: COMPLETE YOUR INTAKE FORM

You'll share your business goals, current challenges, systems, projects, and priorities.

You'll also provide relevant documents, links, materials, and account access as needed.

STEP 3: CREATE OUR INITIAL ROADMAP

We'll identify your most important priorities and develop a practical plan for getting started.

I recommend planning on at least three months together so we have time to establish a productive working rhythm and make meaningful progress, but you're not required to commit to three months upfront.

STEP 4: PLAN EACH MONTH

At the beginning of each month, we'll review priorities, upcoming projects, and estimated support hours.

We'll agree on what to focus on before work begins.

STEP 5: COLLABORATE + EXECUTE

I'll provide a combination of live Zoom sessions and independent project work, based on what your business needs.

STEP 6: REVIEW OUR PROGRESS

We'll track hours, completed work, and next steps throughout the partnership.

STEP 7: KEEP THE MOMENTUM GOING

At the end of each month, we'll review our progress and determine our priorities for the next month.

Your partnership continues month-to-month until canceled.

To make the most of our partnership, clients must:

  • Complete the Monthly Support Partnership intake form

  • Identify their business goals and highest-priority projects

  • Provide access to relevant accounts, documents, and systems as needed

  • Share existing brand materials, content, and resources

  • Participate in monthly planning and prioritization

  • Respond to questions and provide feedback in a timely manner

  • Approve project priorities and estimated hours before work begins

  • Review and approve content or materials before publication when required

You don't need to have everything organized before we start.

If foundational systems are missing, we can use monthly support hours to create or improve them.

  • Unlimited consulting, email, or messaging support

  • 24/7 availability or immediate-response support

  • Full-time or on-call business management

  • Paid advertising management

  • Custom coding or advanced website development

  • Complete website redesigns or large-scale development projects within the standard monthly scope

  • Professional photography or video production

  • Daily social media engagement monitoring

  • Printing, advertising budgets, or third-party subscription costs

  • Work beyond the 10 allocated monthly hours

  • Unlimited revisions or guaranteed completion of every requested project

  • Guaranteed turnaround times or priority access beyond scheduled work

  • Unused hours carried into future months

Larger projects may be divided into manageable phases across multiple months or scoped separately.

HOW HOURS WORK

  • You receive 10 hours of support each month.

  • Unused hours do not roll over to the following month.

  • Work beyond your monthly allocation requires separate approval and pricing.

  • Third-party subscriptions, tools, and services are billed separately.

HOW LONG DO WE WORK TOGETHER?

There's no long-term commitment required!

I recommend planning on at least three months together so we have time to get to know your business, establish priorities, and make meaningful progress.
